Payment Options

Pay online using automatic payment by check draft (ACH) or credit card through our online billing system. Settings for a one time payment or automatic monthly payments are available.
Sign up for automatic payment by check draft (ACH) by contacting customer service. Payments are automatically withdrawn on or around the 10th of each month.
Pay in person at the cooperative’s customer service lobby or convenient drive thru window. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. After business hours, use the night deposit box located at the drive thru window.
Pay using a credit or debit card online, in person, or by phone. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Pay by mail via check, money order, or by providing your credit card information on your payment stub. A return envelope will be included with your monthly statement.
Level Payment
Once you have electric service at the same location for at least 12 months, you will be eligible to sign up for level payment. The program helps avoid electric bill fluctuations by taking an average of the previous 12 month’s usage and calculating a level payment.
Every four months the level pay amount is evaluated based on the most recent 12 month’s usage and the current balance. If the variance is over 10%, the level payment will be adjusted accordingly. Any change in the level pay amount will be noted on your monthly bill.
